Progressive Sports ready to step in, as LibCons cut School Sports Partnerships

You have probably heard on the news following HM Government spending review, Michael Gove MP and Secretary of State for Education has decided to cut all 450 School Sports Partnerships across the country. The Government intends to cut centrally funded programmes such as School Sports Partnerships and instead to give the money directly to individual schools.

With the cut of the School Sports Partnerships there is going to be a massive void that will need to be filled by well-placed and privately funded companies. Eddie Ray, Founder and Managing Director of the Progressive Sports Company can deliver School based sports programmes and Physical Education through their Franchised Sports Coaching Business.

In our recent interview, Eddie went on to explain the positive impact of this for prospective Franchisees wishing to join his franchised network. He actively encouraged Schools Sports Co-ordinators and Partnership Managers to contact Merivium Associates who are appointed to help grow the business across the UK.

There may be hundreds of millions of extra money that will now be directly distributed to schools and Progressive Sports are ready to help Franchisees take full advantage of this opportunity.

A date for your diary: The next Discovery Day is the 9th December at 11am, if you would like to book a place, please email: enquiries@merivium.com
